Dear employees,
If we do good things with our work, support non-profit organizations and conference management in terms of content, relieve the burden of time and contribute to their success, if this is recognized and, ideally, of course also financially rewarded, I am happy!
About 25 years ago, as event manager and head of marketing at a **** conference hotel, I was enthusiastic about the network of science and industry, especially the event and congress organization.
In 1998 I implemented these experiences into the conception of a congress agency. Our agency “Conventus Congressmanagement & Marketing GmbH” was founded in 2000 and today we have 150 employees.
We took friends with us on this exciting journey, infected many newcomers and newcomers with our enthusiasm and also infected the family with the conference virus.
