Submission
Submission and processing is exclusively online at SUBMISSION URL or via the link on the homepage under CONGRESS WEBSITE and is
until TT. MONTH 20XX possible.
Please note that your submitted symposium (90 min) should contain the following information:
working title
4 lectures (each 20 min): title of the lecture, possibly a short description of the content of each lecture
4 speakers: title, surname, first name, address and e-mail address
2 chairs: title, surname, first name, address and e-mail address
Change of speaker and discussion are estimated at 10 minutes
Criteria for evaluating the submitted symposia/lectures: originality, topicality and quality. The ranking is done by the program committee.
So that a wide range of opinions is also represented within the symposium, we ask you to include a mixture of different disciplines/institutes/clinics when putting together the program activists, so that the number of activists in the symposium is limited to two people per place of work.
Process/Confirmation
You will receive an electronic confirmation upon completion of your submission and in the case of change processes. If this is not done, the process is not properly completed. You will probably receive the result of the assessment by DEADLINE.
The following evaluation results are possible:
- Adopted without proposed changes
- Adoption with proposed amendments
- Please combine your symposium with another symposium if the topic overlaps
- Rejection with request for transfer to the abstract system
Travel Expense Scheme
Please note that there are no reimbursements for speakers and chairs. As an exception, the invitation, in particular from ... and foreign speakers, is subject to the decision of the organizer.
Registration in the system
Please create your private account when registering as an author. You will then receive your password by email. Please note that it can also happen that the e-mail reply with your private password arrives in your spam folder. If you have not received the password by email after 60 minutes, please send an email to abstract@conventus.de.
- After receiving your password, please log in with your e-mail and your password. You can now enter your symposium under Symposium submission.
- Please follow the given steps to do so.
- Once your symposium has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder here as well.
- You can now register at any time and submit further symposia or modify existing ones by the deadline.
