Technical specifications for your lecture or presentation
PDF and PowerPoint presentations (Office 2016) in 16:9 format are permitted for your presentation. Please use standard formats (avi, wmv, mpg) for video or audio files and bring them with you as a separate file to the presentation acceptance. When using video sequences, please note that the CODEC required for playback is included.
NEW: For ecological reasons, we do not use printed speaker signs on the lectern. Please include your name on the start slide or, ideally, as a footer in your presentation. Thank you very much!
Please submit your lecture in good time the day before, but no later than 2 hours before your lecture time in the lecture reception area. Please use storage media with a USB port to submit your presentation. If you use a USB stick as a storage medium, please do not protect it with software. It is possible to test the presentation and edit it if necessary.
In the lecture hall you will find a lectern with a laptop as well as a presenter for skipping ahead and highlighting. If you use non-digital media, please consult us in any case.

In accordance with international standards for the necessary transparency of possible conflicts of interest (COI), we ask you to disclose your business, personal and/or material relationships with industrial companies, consulting companies or payers or sponsors of medical institutions as part of your commitment.
For a presentation, please precede your presentation with the relevant explanation on a separate slide!
