Instructions for uploading an ePoster

All poster authors are asked to submit their poster in electronic form (ePoster). All ePosters can be viewed at the ePoster stations.

Technical Requirements & Notes

Please note the following technical requirements:

  • File type: PDF, JPG
  • Format: vertical 9:16 (portrait)
  • Resolution: min. 2160x3840, 72 dpi
  • 1 slide
  • Please write down the poster ID legibly in red in the top right corner of the ePoster

You are welcome to use our PowerPoint template.

Language
The preferred language of the presentation (ePoster and lecture) is English.

DANGER
If you already have a poster in DIN A0 as a printable file, you can also use it.

The upload of the ePoster is from the TT. Month 20XX to DD. Month 20XX possible

Since the posters are technically checked again before the congress and adjustments may be necessary, timely submission is important.

(UPLOAD VIA UPLOAD CENTER) Step-by-step instructions for uploading your ePoster
  1. Use the link to our upload center: Upload center
  2. Click on Log-In > Don't have a Conventus account yet? > Register
  3. Create a new account with your email address from TT. Month 20XX and a password of your choice.
  4. Log in to the upload center with the access data you just created.
  5. Verify yourself for the EVENT with your personal verification code from TT. Month 20XX. Please verify yourself only once with your code for the event after successfully creating a Conventus account.
  6. Upload your displayed contribution(s) under "Upload presentation file".
  7. Finally, confirm by clicking on the "Submit presentation" button.

ACHTUNG: NUR IN RÜCKSPRACHE MIT HEINER GÖRLS ODER STEFAN GIEHM

  1. Call up the abstract system online via xxxx2020.abstract-management.de and log in with your access data. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot your password? - Please click here!

  2. After logging in, you will see the abstract. Please click on “Mediacheck”
    Note: Changes in the abstract can no longer be considered!

  3. Now click on “back to step 4”.

  4. Upload your e-poster as a PDF, PPT(X) or JPG file as an “attachment” and confirm with “next”.

  5. Please do not forget to “save” the upload.

  6. Immediately after uploading you will receive an e-mail about the successful processing.

  7. Within the next 7 days you will receive a second email confirming acceptance of your ePoster.
